Relax - Now think

sometime last week  , I woke up a little grumpy , confused ,feeling frustrated ,angry for  reasons I couldn't quite p
ut my fingers on at that moment  still I had to go to school ,still feeling angry ,I got dressed  and went to class ,everything said by the lecturers fell on deaf ears ,I was too busy figuring out myself and the point of my mood ,I soon got tired of wasting my time in class , took myself back to my room  and began thinking about the numerous issues including the latest addition (missed classes)-
*wasted day *more problems *nothing solved
I took a quick nap ,immediately I woke up I  sat down and thought about things ,but still had conflicting points in my mind,so instead I wrote them down and instantly felt light ,literally I was looking at my worries ,I streamed lined each one figured the few  I could handle  and the others  I left it for later, next day i went to school covered up and went about sorting myself after class .
my point 👇👇👇
Worrying about everything at once hasn't helped anyone .Your worrying isn't going to make it less of a worry ,neither will you less concern change things ,it will only save it for later  ,Yes it all doesn't get sorted by putting them down or prioritizing   . But  I did rather  be an organized boy with worries sorting them out than a confused boy with worries adding more worries
Act smart ✌✌✌
